Description
This is part of a large auction of blues, doo-wop & R&B 45's on Chicago-based labels from the 1950's/early 60's. Several Chess, Checker, Vee-Jay and more. Many promos mixed in. Even a few from more obscure labels.
Here's the info on this item:
Release: Eddie Taylor - You'll Always Have a Home / Don't Knock at My Door
Format: 45 rpm 7" single
Year: 1956
Notes: White label promo 1st pressing. Second of just a few singles released by Taylor in the 1950's, all on VJ. He was a frequent collaborator with Jimmy Reed. Two killer guitar and harmonica tracks here. The A-side has vocals, the b-side is instrumental.
Vinyl Condition: VG+, vinyl is in great shape with hardly any wear at all. Looks very clean and sounds great with no skips/ticks/bumps, plays with hardly any background noise at all. Labels are nice with no marks/tearing/stickers. Great original gloss. This is a really nice copy overall.
I want buying from me to be a good experience for you. I also know that condition can be very subjective, so I encourage you to see pics for exact condition details and ask questions if you need additional information. As always, the item you see is the one you will get. Please see my feedback, I think that will show that I am an accurate and fair grader and make sure my customers are happy.
I will combine shipping for anyone who wins more than one item. If you do need combined shipping, please wait for an invoice before paying.
