OK, here's one that rarely turns up.  What madman dreamed up this Avant masterpiece of obliquely presented & performed aural mayhem?

This Beautifully designed & produced LP features a 1966 performance by the VU  that is by turns eclectic, experimental & occasionally downright brutal.   This is really tough, bordering on impossible to find in this super clean unplayed condition.
