This is the first pressing of this album from 1967. The matrix numbers in the runout grooves are as follows-

CONDITION-
The jacket has a 3" tear at the top seam, bottom seam and spine are intact. There are 2 staple holes in the top left corner (from the days when the price tag was stapled on... you youngsters are probably muttering "huh?". There is a scuff just above "Andy Warhol" on the front. The edges are slightly yellowed as most copies are. There is no ring wear on front or back. The back cover is essentially perfect.
The Banana- this banana was repaired with non yellowing cellophane ("Scotch") tape many years ago. It is pretty darned invisible but can be seen in the closeup shots if you look closely. It certainly does not detract but it can be removed with a hair dryer if desired. All parts of the sticker are present.
The Record- the vinyl has what I would call "scuffs", a few scratches on side two are present. I would grade it VG-. There are a few fingerprints and it would benefit from a proper cleaning.
This is a historic lp, one that I consider to be in the top five of ALL TIME.

Shipping Terms
DOMESTIC shipping is to be paid by the winning bidder and will include Delivery Confirmation. We do not charge "handling" or "packing" fees... we charge the ACTUAL postage cost plus .65 for Delivery Confirmation. In most cases we use USPS Priority Mail as that is the quickest and most economical. The postal service supplies the mailing boxes allowing us to not charge any handling fees. Heavier items may be sent via Parcel Post if that is more economical. If it is less expensive to ship an item in a Priority Mail flat rate box vs. regular Priority Mail we will do that. In the case of small items that can be sent via First Class in a padded envelope, we charge a flat rate which covers the cost of the envelope. Insurance is optional and recommended. Multiple item purchases will be combined for a substantial savings in shipping charges.

You may also contact us for shipping charges to your locale. International Postage rates were raised quite a bit in May '07 by the US Postal Service.
