Side-cut gatefold sleeve*. This version features the 'Back 2 Back 2 Record Set' flash on the cover as per 1969 Velvet Underground Live With Lou Reed, but it isn't a 'Priceless' edition and contains the same records with the same labels as 1969 Velvet Underground Live With Lou Reed
Catalogue number is 6641 900 on spine and rear of sleeve but 9198 030 on record labels.
* Unlike conventional gatefold sleeves which are 'end cut' (meaning the records are inserted from one or both of the ends of the opened sleeve), this release is 'side cut', meaning that one long edge of the opened sleeve is slit.
