Description
The Velvet Underground and Nico's "Andy Warhol" album. I believe 1968 west coast repressing with Eric Emerson torso airbrushed out of the back cover. Record labels with Side A/B instead of Side 1/2. Best I can see runouts are V6-5009 Side -1 MGS-558-REV. Outer jacket is intact but dirty and moldy. Record has been ultrasonically cleaned plays with skipping, repeating, and surface noise. Record sold as is please look at pictures closely for condition
gatefold jacket has no seam splits, writing, tears or punch holes. Significant water damage to spine/inner gatefold resulting in discoloration and mold. Seams are intact. some peeling of surface paper. Banana sticker on front has been peeled completely off and is missing. New clear polyvinyl inner sleeve. Record has been ultrasonically cleaned and appears worn with superficial markings/scratches visible. Record spot plays with surface noise. A couple of points record starts skipping/repeating and stylus needs to be manually lifted and slightly advanced.
Records are graded on visual inspection. We do our best to make an honest grading of the record, however unseen sound issues may be present as is the case for any used record purchased anywhere else.
Records have been cleaned with Degritter Mark II ultrasonic machine prior to shipment for the best possible audio quality upon arrival. We are happy to accept returns if you are not happy with your record, however we cannot offer partial refunds once payment has been received.
