GRADING:  Cover:  Vg.    lots of corner and edge wear.  Also taped at the top.  Banana is gone as you can see. Some damage to the W  on Warhold and some marks on the white part of the cover. Back has some wear, ring wear, and stains.  
Media:  VG+  or close to excellent.     All I can see is a small surface mark or two.  Very clean, shiny disk. Sounds great.  Cleaned on a professionally machine.
