I try to grade as accurately and with as much detail as possible. I will mention any flaws that I find, as no record is absolutely perfect!
Record:
I play graded the lp from start to finish on a modest high end system. Playgrade was very good to very good plus. Some surface noise could be heard between tracks and during the quietest of passages, but there were no loud repetetive annoying clicks or pops on the LP. There were a few areas where you could hear some pops buried in the music. The record is not mint or near mint, but it is very enjoyable. Strict Goldmine standards used. Very good does not mean very bad! The mono dynamics were great. The bottom end, full and powerful. I have no way of weighing the record, but it is a thick 60's style press.
Visual:
The record displays light sleeve marks on both sides, and a few deeper ones that sound during playback. Most are superficial, and are silent during playback, but some are audible. The labels were clean and vibrant in color.
Cover:
The cover is very good + condition. The spine is in good shape, the front cover shows some ringwear but not bad. Some minor flaking along the edges. The back cover displays some light brown spotting, but little wear.
I playgraded using a Benz Glider, Nottingham Horizon SE turntable w/ SAMA, Rega RB 600 tonearm, VanAlstine Transcendence 5 pure vacuum tube preamp, MacCormack DNA-1 amp w/ Platinum upgrade, and Bower & Wilkins DM-604 speakers. Biwired with Audioquest Mammoth on low end and Audioquest live wires on upper end. Granite Audio Silver interconnects, Incognito tonearm wiring, and Express Heavyweight counterbalance, and a Ringmat Mark III platter.
Overall a very collectable copy of scarce psych/punk rock LP - hard to find in this condition.
Record will be shipped in strong mailer with LP & cover separated to prevent from damage to cover. I will also pack with cardboard stiffeners for extra protection. I will ensure that this LP is packed very carefully.
