Description
Dame Vera Margaret (Welch) Lynn was an English singer, songwriter and entertainer whose musical recordings and performances were very popular during the Second World War. She was widely referred to as the "Forces' Sweetheart" and gave outdoor concerts for the troops in Egypt, India and Burma during the war as part of Entertainments National Service Association.

Shrink wrap is completely intact and corners are clean and tight. There is a small sticker on the upper left corner - it has no impact on the actual cover and can be easily removed if you want to. The sticker is from Graymat Record Store in Morristown, NJ (photo circa 1976 and closed in the early 1980's). This is the nicest example of this LP that you will find. This 1974 USA only release is much scarcer that the many UK releases. Stanyan Records was named by Rod McKuen - the label's primary artist.
