Description
Up for auction today is a hard to find 15 record box set of Verdi's Il Trovator, pressed under the Victor label on 78 RPM 12' shellac records. The label is "Scroll type", and this particular set dates somewhere between 1929-1937. Every record is intact, along with the original booklet listing all the musicians who participated, etc. Every record is in near mint to possibly mint condition, absolutely wonderful. No cracked or damaged records! The booklet shows some light wear and a dent, and the multi-sleeve case has some separation at the binding and a small hole, along with some general wear, especially to the back side.
