Verdi Otello 3 Record Album Box Set 12" Vinyl, Includes Booklet, RCA Victor LD-6155 Soria Series (libretto by Hugo von Hofmannsthal) Cast starring John Vickers in title role, Leonie Rysanek as Desdemona, Tito Gobbi as Iago Conductor: Tullio Sarafin Rome Opera Orchestra and Chorus Gold-stamped box, art-adorned with Carpaccio painting, Lion of San Marco.  64 page book printed by Pizzi in Milan.  Italian libretto, new English translation, story, music themes, essays by Vincent Sheean and William weaver.  Stage sets, costume sketches and decorations reproduced in full color from original designs for 1887 premiere at La Scala.  Book shows period documents, prints, photographs. Box, book and inner sleeves all in very good condition. Sold As-Is.  Albums have not been tested, but they look very good.
