Ultra Rare 1965 The Beatles USA Rubber Soul Stereo LP with dual Stereo Banners on the front cover of Capitol Records ST-2442 !!!
THE VINYL: The is from the Scranton PA factory as it has the IAM inside a triangle in the deadwax. This is a first issue stereo copy with no mention of The Beatles on either label. Both labels are in Excellent condition. Side 1 is in Very Good+ condition. Side 2 is in Very Good condition as it has several more light scratches and scuffs as does Side 1. Both sides have nice gloss still!
THE JACKET: The jacket is in Very Good condition. It’s probably between VG and VG+. The Spizer ID Number for this record is CAP2442-SC3 because it has 2 stereo banners at the top of the front cover. One banner is printed onto the white backcover which folds over to the front side PLUS it’s also got the stereo banner which was printed onto the album cover slick. It’s a factory error issue that collectors have sought after thus it now has it’s own ID number! The top seam has no splits. The spine is complete except for the bottom corner which has worn through to the cardboard. All the spine printing is readable – the ST -2442 section has wear but you can still make out the number. The bottom seam has a 1” split near the mouth.
THE INNER SLEEVE: the original green colored Capitol Records inner sleeve is included and is in VG- condition as the bottom seam has been repaired with a long piece of tape. There are light creases and an edge tear on one seam
