Description

From what I have found out, Hank Williams only recorded 4 records on Sterling before signing with MGM in 1947.  This early 1947 record will become one of the rarest in your collection or anyone else's for that matter.  Sterling # 201, Hank wrote and sang: side A, Calling You and side B, Never Again and is accompanied by The Country Boys.  Side A has an original wax marked 19 cent price on the label, side B has a little label loss around the spindle.  There are of course a few light scratches and side b has what looks like tiny little bubbles.  This record will probably clean up quite nicely but I tried cleaning a 78 once and never again.  I'll leave that up to you.  I don't have anything to test it on but it is in really good condition for it's age. No cracks or chips.  I think you will be pleased. My reserve on this item is low considering the book value.   Note that some records have camera glare and reflections.  These are not flaws. Please view my other items for more Jazz, blues, and Rock N Roll being listed today and add me to your favorite sellers list as I will be listing lots of wonderful music for years to come. Box Shipping is $5.00 in the U.S., $8.00 to Canada and $12.00 to other countries.
