A very rare 1st Pressing Vertigo swirl original UK Vinyl LP by NIRVANA entitled "Local Anaesthetic" issued in 1971 on Vertigo 6360 031. The Vinyl has a few light marks but no major faults & plays EX with just a few stray clicks. The Gatefold Sleeve is graded EX (a few light marks only) & the original swirl Inner Sleeve is included too.
