Description

There has been plenty of hype about which is the very first pressing of Mike Oldfields classic Tubular Bells . The very first pressing was done by Lyntone with a Robor Cover etched matrices( not even mentioned on discogs , so very rare indeed) , this was immediately withdrawn due to poor quality sound reproduction and replaced by the EMI so called first press Matrices A/2  B/2 E J Day cover , here is your chance to own both copies in excellent condition , compare the two , both very rare 45 year old records , both play through fine with very slight hissing and popping , nothing really , i cant tell the quality difference between them both , but my record player isnt state of the art. Enjoy 2 very rare copies of one of the classic prog rock albums of all time
