Description
Very rare original 1964 UK Stateside label, self titled debut album from Marvin Gaye on SL10100. This is the iconic original pressing with classic tracks such as "You're a Wonderful One", "Can I Get a Witness", "Wherever I Lay My Hat" "Try It Baby" and "Hitch-Hike". While copies of this do come up from time to time the difference here is that the vinyl of this copy is near mint if not almost unplayed/mint. Cover is also EX+ at least. Has a couple of minor creases and marks but almost perfect - really clean un-laminated rear which looks almost like it would have left the shop 52 years ago! Really not to be missed copy as you will struggle to see such a good one again (no upgraded needed). Priced based on condition and rarity but will accept sensible best offers.
