B: Side: Jah Far I on a Pinicle (aka Rasta Fari)
The Rough Guide to Reggae describes Rasta Fari as a bona fide classic, and that's just the B-side! The epic A-side is at least as good, with a great song, strong singing and lots of Black Ark magic.
As far as I know, the only release on Big Spanner Disco Ajax, which makes it particularly collectible, I guess.
The pressing isn't perfect. There are a few soft clicks (which you can also hear on Trojan's CD version on Open the Gate, so their copy obviously sounded the same.)
There are no signs of wear or careless handling, as I bought it new in the seventies, and have taken great care of it since.
The cover is the one I bought it in back in '79 or '80, and its in perfect shape.
Both labels are clean (no writing or marks).
