Description
The Vibrants, Avalanche / Rat Race, Audiodisc acetate / dubplate, ca. 1961-2. Found a pair of these (see my other auctions for the second one) in L.A. 15 or so years ago. It appears that the Vibrants recorded singles for the Triumph and Bay Towne labels. The Triumph single was comped on Lost Legends Of Surf Guitar 3. There were some other unreleased cuts comped on Rare Surf Vol.2 - The South Bay Bands.
CONDITION: Record has visible wear, little gloss, plays well but with background (see players below).
HEAR IT: Clips (when present) are raw and from the record offered for sale; no click or noise removal has been done.
