This Is Promo Label Copy, Japanese Word "Sample" and "Not for Sale" by English are Printed on Both Labels, A Small Sample Sticker is on The Front of Picture Sleeve.

Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX-EX Minus (This Copy Has A Smell of Mold).
