Vic Summers Sings Alaska: As It Was...As It Is

Record is VG++ with a few light markings that should not effect audio quality; Sleeve is VG with some light ringwear on the front and back, some old price tag residue near the upper back right corner, some creasing around the upper front left/back right corner, small dings on the front right/back left corners, some wear on the corners, some wear on the seams with a 4" split on the spine starting at the upper corner, and a 3" split on the upper seam starting at the spine (see pictures)
