Description

Harry McClintock listed as MAC singing with guitar recorded in 1928.  Victor Scroll Record. Big Rock Candy Mountains is his best known song.  It was featured in "Brother Where Art Thou?" and was number one on the Hillbilly Hits charts in 1939.  He is included in Robert Crumb's heroes of Blues, Jazz and Country.  He is also  known as Haywire Mac.  he has been described as a Cowboy Singer one of those who had remarkable impact on the American psyche.   This record is in VG+ condition.  There are signs of previous enjoyment.
