Victor Feldman Latinsville Contemporary M 5005 mono yellow label deep groove

Yellow label with deep groove and "LKL 12-277-D2/LKL 12-278-D2" in the runouts. "8481 Melrose Place, Los Angeles 46, Calif." address on back cover.
The record looks and plays VG++. No scratches. Some light scuffs on each side which do not affect play. Small, light scratch on Side 1 which does not affect play. Scuff near end of Side 2 which does not affect play. Grooves show some play but are not worn.
The cover is VG+.
The front cover has moderate wear wear with tape visible on top seam. and ring wear. The back cover has light wear with yellowing tape visible on the top seam.. Top seam taped all the way across but it doesn't look split. Bottom seam and spine are not split. Spine is readable, but some pieces of slick are missing. Wear spots at the corners of spine.
I WILL BE RUNNING MONTHLY AUCTIONS OF 50s and 60s JAZZ LPS INC BLUE NOTE, PRESTIGE, NEW JAZZ RIVERSIDE etc. MANY WEEKS AND MANY NICE ITEMS TO COME.
