I am selling four of these very rare early RCA Victor Program Transcription records these week. I have owned these great discs for about 25 years. I bought these and many other rare records from Olin G. Carver many years ago. Veteran record collectors will remember his mail auctions which were always loaded with the best in vintage dance/jazz 78s and also all sorts of silent movies and other neat stuff. Olin had an incredible collection and brain. He was one of the kindest and nicest people I have ever done business with. A true gentleman. This is a one sided disc and plays 33 RPM. These were made in the very early 1930s. This is L-16005 "The Cat And The Fiddle" selections performed by Leo Reisman and his Orchestra. I am grading this record E+ and it plays great. It is probably better than E+ it has the following titles: 1. Overture 2. The Night Was Made For Love 3. One Moment Alone 4. French March 5. Poor Pierrot 6. She Didn't Say Yes 7. Try To Forget. The record has a neat reverse side with an Art Deco design. I have played this on modern equipment. This record is not for Victrolas or crank up phonographs. A scarce item.
