Description

This is a Christmas Greeting record sent out from Capitol Records to Retailers in 1945. It is an 8" cardboard-based picture disc. The front side is Christmas Greetings from Capitol, this is the grooved side. The flip has no groove, it lists the stable of stars on Capitol at that time and it wishes retailers the best for '45 from the entire Capitol Family. To make this rare and unique item even better is the fact that it comes with its original mailer! The postmark is from 12/13/45 Los Angeles. We have not played the record because it appears to have never been played, t are no marks around the center hole. I am assuming it plays at 78rpm. It appears to be in very good condition.
