This is a vintage 1947 Vogue Picture Record R-750.  Contains the songs Shoo Fly Pie and Apple Pan Dowdy  and the flip side is Who's Got a Tent for Rent by the King's Jesters.
These records were only producted for one year (1946-1947) when the company went bankrupt.

The record is 10" vinyl and features colorful photographs.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VINYL ON THE SHOO FLY PIE SIDE HAS WHAT APPEARS TO BE A 1/2" CIRCLE WHERE THE VINYL COVERING THE PICTURE IS TORN.  It is photoed but I'm not certain that you will be able to see it in the photo.
