Description
Sleeve is Good. Record is Very Good. I am not an expert at grading so please look at pictures and send me a message if you have a question. Top and spine seams are completely split. Bottom seam has a split in the middle and spine side but still intact. Two pieces of white tape on top and bottom. Front cover is torn on bottom; left of Sun Records logo. Cursive writing on front cover to the left of Carl's face. Some discoloration on front and back. Cursive writing on back to the right of track listing. Record has some surface scratches on both sides. Record labels are in pristine condition on both sides. I have played the record in it's entirety on a RCA LAB-1200 turntable and there is surface noise throughout (mostly soft crackling but just slightly louder in some places) and a few pops here and there. It really doesn't distract from the music but just be aware the soft crackling is throughout the whole record but it really sounds good for a record from 1957. No skipping. Thank you for taking the time to view this item.
