This week I'm listing more DJ radio station/promo 45 records, most of them from the 1960s. Many of them don't appear to have seen much play-- possibly just once or twice or very little.Most of them don't have any flaws that I can see. 

Please use eBay's enlargement feature to see what nice condition this particular record is in. Any white flecks are lint or dust specks from being taken outside; any discoloration on the record is actually a photography reflection. 

I'm not very familiar with the record grading process, so I'm just going to repeat that IMO, this record appears to never have seen much playing. Since this isn't my field, I'm going to say "near mint" because although it looks minty, I've not heard it play. Under both exterior & interior light it appears nearly perfect; no damage that I can see. I have not played the records I'm listing this week, but if someone needs to know about the sound quality, I do have a turntable to play.

I can find no scuffs, scratches or damage of any kind on either side. Plain white paper sleeve that has writing on one side, as well as corner creases/hole on one corner edge and a line of age discoloration along one side.
