Description
Up for sale is a vintage Superman record set produced by Golden Records in 1966. The set includes a record, exclusive Silver Age comic, and a few collectable Supermen of America Club items. The record is a radio show-style playact of the comic which recounts the origin of Superman and the story "Superman's Mystery Power", so the listener can read along with the record. The collectable Supermen of America items include a patch, button and card, all unused.
The box has moderate wear and splits on the side panels, including a 1-1/2 inch section of the side panel missing, as seen in the photos. The record is in very good condition and has been played to verify no playback issues. The comic and Club collectables are in excellent condition. This record set is rare and very hard to find. Please look at the photos as your best assessment of its condition before deciding if you want to buy. The photos are of the actual items you will receive.
