This is an extremely rare, vintage 4" x 5" promo photograph of St. Louis-based soul artist O'mar. All of his output on Chrome is sought-after, but especially his disco-rap opus "The Legend Of O'mar." Not sure if the writing at the bottom is a signature, or simply an identifying designation. Photo is in excellent condition with general faint wear, back is blank. This is an original vintage item from the '80s, not a recent copy.
