Description
The legendary album. Some say the best album of all time. For sure one of our very top faves. Sort of misunderstood during its initial release, it sold okay. Rolling Stone Magazine ranked it number 2 on their list of 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. In 2004, Pet Sounds was preserved in the National Recording Registry by the Library of Congress for being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant." Well deserved. First press mono issue. Features: God Only Knows, Caroline, No, Sloop John B., Wouldn't It Be Nice and the whole album is truly an amazing masterpiece. Includes original inner sleeve. Capitol Records Mono T-2458
