Hello, and welcome to our listing. This is an extremely rare, vintage 8.5" x 11" show flyer for the legendary Funkadelic, with Parliament and comedian James Wesley Jackson.  Flyer dates from 1970, at the dawn of their signing to Westbound Records.  Back is blank.  Lot also includes an extensive profile of the band replicated from the June, 1970 issue of Sepia Magazine.  Materials were sent to booking agents for the purposes of drumming up live engagements to support the release of their eponymous first album.  These are not magazine clippings or recent copies, these are original, vintage artifacts.
