We have a smoke free home and a non-shedding dog, HOWEVER, since we obtain our items from various sources, we cannot guarantee items have come from smoke/pet free environments. SHIPPING: We only ship to the lower 48 states for the shipping price quoted in the auction. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses will be adjusted according to location. WE DO NOT SELL OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES AT THIS TIME.
RETURNS: We do not take returns. We try to be as specific as possible when describing the item. Please ASK questions before bidding if you have any specific concerns as we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt if you have a problem with your item as we always try to be fair and resolve the matter quickly. On the rare occasion a return is the only way to resolve the issue, the return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer in the same manner it was originally shipped. Once the item is returned and determined to be in the same condition and the same item that was shipped, a full refund (purchase price and original shipping cost) will be issued. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and this will not be refunded.
