The front of the harder cover has a very colorful picture of three children one is Michelle.
The back of the cover has a colorful photo of Captain Kangaroo with a bit about the record

- Record: VGVG (Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG++VG+ (Side Two has a couple of scratches and a bit of wear around the center hole)
- Sleeve: VGVG (Crease on both sides from record. Small creases along the edges and corners. Small tear on front right open edge. Bit of surface wear on both sides)
