Seller's Note: 1988, New, Sealed, one tiny tear in the seal lower back. I got a stack of various records from a friend's mother passing, I guess they never opened it and has been sitting in the box since 1988 :D so this record 36 years old and never been played! I'm helping them liquidate it all. I also have Joshua Tree (open but in great condition!). See my other listings.
