Description
Four (4) vinyl record albums of famous television shows of yesteryear.
1. Gunsmoke's Festus: Sings 'n Talks 'bout Dodge City 'n Stuff. Pickwick JS-6130 Stereo. Previously released by Capitol. Not dated.
"Not that it's any great discovery about Festus talking, mind you, he does plenty of that on television each week to the delight of his countless fans. However, the fact that friendly Festus of the stubble bear and helping hand, sings out big and handsome here is cause for national celebration; even in Dodge City where, as he himself says, the only holiday worth mentioning is Jesse James' birthday." - excerpt from the liner notes.

[Ken] Curtis remains best known for his role as Festus, the scruffy, cantankerous, illiterate office and jail custodian in Gunsmoke. Condition:
Outer jacket is bumped and bruised a bit. No busted seams. Some staining, soiling, and fading on the back.
Inner liner is a new white paper replacement.
Vinyl record shows very light turntable play.
2. Side 1 - Gunsmoke with William Conrad as Marshal Matt Dillon. Unedited, exactly as heard on CBS Radio, April 26, 1952, Release #32, Western Series #1.
Side 2 - The Roy Rogers Show. Unedited, exactly as heard on V-E Day, May 8, 1945, coast to coast on the Mutual net.
Record issued by Radiola, MR-1032. 1974.
Condition:
Outer jacket is still protected by shrink wrap.
Inner liner is plain paper in very good condition.
Vinyl record shows very light turntable play. But there is a dimple, part of the pressing process.
3. The Lone Ranger: Authentic Story & Songs of the Old West. Sung by the Nashville Country Singers: The Lone Ranger Theme / The Wabash Cannon Ball / The Streets of Laredo / Red River Valley / The Old Chisom Trail / Turkey in the Straw.
Peter Pan Records, 1980.
Condition: New, still factory shrink-wrapped.
4. The Lone Ranger: Original Radio Broadcast. 1977. Nostalgia Lane, Inc. P20069.
Side One: The Origin of the Lone Ranger / The Lone Ranger Finds Silver / The Story of Dan Reid / How Tonto Saved The Lone Ranger.
Side Two: Final Show - May 27, 1955.
Condition:
Outer jacket is still protected by factory shrink wrap.
Inner liner is plain paper and is worn along the open edge.
Vinyl record shows very little turntable play.
The vinyl record has been cleaned and is ready for the turntable.
