Description

Vinyl LP Ginhouse - "Ginhouse" - 1971 first pressing LP,UK issue,B&C CAS 1031,matrix nos A-1U,B-1U in a soft card gatefold cover with an internal envelope.

Band line up - Geoff Sharkey,Stewart Burlison and Dave Whitaker.

The cover is generally very good considering the soft card and paper construction.Externally it has mild ring wear,most noticeable on the top arc,front panel has some impressed and other marks,light discoloration from ageing,chiefly rear panel edges.there are a few light creases including bumping to the top right hand corner.There is some writing in light blue biro top left corner,some wear to the edges particularly top left and bottom right corners.Spine very legible,mostly firm.Internally the paper envelope flaps are intact with somelight foxing marks plus a few others,pressure   during storage has caused the dark printing on the top of the envelope side to set off a light ring mark and some shading opposite on the left panel.
The disc is generally very good generally excellent appearance with no obvious marks,great labels (shop stamp on side 1) .Overall plays very well with these minor detractions:- some light crackle under quiet intros and other quiet passages,some between tracks with light surface noise,occasional hint of crackle elsewhere,few light clicks and crackle at end of side 1 and into the run out,three or four light clicks noted on side 2.
