Nancy Bryan Direct-to-disc 45 rpm vinyl record. Condition is "new" although it's open. Super-low pressing: 7 out of only 200. This was a backup to the one I play. The music is part folk, part blues, part pop. Nancy Bryan's voice is ethereal, clear and strong, similar to that of Sarah McLachlan but maybe even better. And the sound? You think you've heard the best from vinyl? I think not! This was recorded live in a small venue, direct-to-disc at 45 rpm, and this is a super-low pressing of it! How can it possibly get technically better than that? Most so-called audiophile music is barely tolerable even if the sound is superb. Well here you have it all: fantastic sound, music and voice. And check out that double bass! Don't think for a minute you know what this sounds like from listening to it on youtube. Put the music through a meat grinder then reassemble it from an algorithm and you get some idea of how digital works.
