The cover is generally excellent,mild wear to the top and bottom edges,a couple of minor impressed dents and a small transparent mark next to the open edge.  
The disc is generally excellent ,two clicks noted on side 1,track 4,one click and some crackle into the runout on side 1,track 5 and elsewhere an occasional hint of light crackle.
