My Details: I am a PRIVATE seller, I am not a business or company and I do go to work all day. I have been selling on ebay for several years and try to ensure I provide you with the same service I would expect myself. I live in the UK and English is my only language.

My Philosophy: Everyone has to make a profit. The buyer (you) has to feel they enjoyed the bidding and got a good deal. The seller (me), has to feel the profit was worth the effort of learning the eBay process, photographing the goods, packaging and posting the item. If it's not fun and there's no profit, why bother?

Payment: I accept payment by PayPal/ebay only. Payment to be made within 3 days of end of auction please. Credit card payment can be accepted through PayPal/ebay. Goods will not be sent until payment has cleared.

Shipping and Fees: I aim to ship within 3 days of payment and generally send you an email upon dispatch of goods. I will only ship to PayPal/ebay shipping addresses. I always obtain proof of posting. (1) I post via Courier and Royal Mail First and Second Class, First and Second Class Recorded, and International "Signed For" as appropriate. (2) For UK orders, please allow 10 working days for delivery. (3) For International orders, please ask for a quote before bidding if you are not using the ebay Global Shipping Programme. Please allow 28 days for delivery. (4) Any problems must be notified to me within 7 days of receipt. (5) Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable. (6) Remote area postcodes sometimes incur an additional fee charged by the courier. Please ask me to quote before bidding if you require posting to Northern Island, the Isle of Man, Outer Hebrides, Shetland Islands or any other UK islands and await invoice if an additional charge is to be applied.

Note: Shipping/Postage costs are not just for the postage value for the item. It is for the cost of ebay/PayPal commission, packaging, travel & parking (my nearest post office is several miles away), etc. this is totalled to generate the shipping charge.

Returns: Where accepted, must be agreed prior to return. Returned items must be in original packaging and original condition and accompanied with your purchase record (item No, your eBay ID, Tel. No. etc.). If it is un-saleable due to the item being used, then you cannot return the item. Buyer is responsible for all postage costs. All products are security marked to prevent fraud.

General Policy: (1) No personal collection. (2) I do not generally give discounts for multiple items or combine shipping (it's simply too much of a hassle). All items will have Model, Serial, IMEI numbers recorded. I reserve the right to use a hidden security mark on items as I see fit.

An unpaid dispute will be filed with ebay for non payments.
