Reader's Digest offered this 6-LP box set in 1985 of the romantic singer Johnny Mathis.
This set has been in the album holder in my mom's living room for years. They were not laid down, but have been standing up all this time.
I am not a professional album collector; so when I describe this item, it is not official collector language. I am perfectly willing to answer any questions as well as send any further pictures as requested.
The box is in excellent condition with some scuffs on the bottom of the outer box. The colors are not faded, and the picture on the front is in perfect.
The records slide out of this cover as a drawer would, in a box of their own. That box is has the list of songs on each of the records and is in near-perfect condition.
All 6 LPs are present and in excellent condition, with no scuffing that I can see. All still play with extremely little noise, just about like any 33 RPMs had when they were new.
All sleeves are near perfect, with no discernible defects, and all are as bright as they were when they were new. They are made of thick paper with see-through plastic where the label is, allowing one to look at the label without pulling it from the sleeve.
