WOW you won't believe it either!!
I found this one in a stack of old beat up records in a sale last year. The best I could find out about it...it is a post production test cut on acetate. The groove pattern is different on both sides, but the track is the same, so it is a direct cut record, not molded or mass produced. The record is 10" and plays at 45 rpm. The song does in fact feature Dolly Parton, but no written credits on the disk. The song appears to be the final version, but I could be wrong. It has a slight warp, or bump, don't panic, it plays fine all the way down to less than a gram of stylus weight. Good luck to you and check out my other auctions.
