Early repress (2nd?) on Slash Records with generic Slash labels.  Catalog #1-23845 

Includes original printed inner sleeve

VG+/Strong VG:

Disc plays great.  Sleeve overall strong, would be VG+ if not for rough part of bottom right edge (please see photos)
