Description
This is an extremely nice first US pressing of the Violent Femmes debut on Slash with the two tone labels. This pressing is considerably more rare than the other label variation to follow. Although I am unable to play test this copy right now, I can speak for the pressing's quality based off my own copy back home: spoiler warning, it sounds awesome. And I think this copy will too, its definitely an end copy that I think will have perfect playback (especially after a nice wet clean).

Vinyl: EXC+. Visual grade. Beautiful copy! Going off the spindle wear, I think it was only played once. I knocked it down from NM or NM- because of that and extremely faint sleeve scuffs under a strong light that do not diminish its sheen or playback at all. I am very confident that you could get perfect playback with this copy, definitely if you can give it a deep clean of some sorts, although it may not even need it. No warp.
Cover: EXC. Very nice cover, the only real demerit being the cut corner in the top (it was an old way for distributors to mark that something was discounted). There is also a little bit of corner wear but definitely better than most vintage LPs. The spine is legible, and the seams are in good shape. The original inner sleeve is also in beautiful shape.
