The debut self-titled LP from the folk punk band Violent Femmes. It became their most successful album, certified gold then platinum, tho it was never on the Billboard top 200
Most songs were written by Gordon Gano was in high school. They self-produced and recorded it in '82, and took the finished product to Slash Records after they were signed.
It's a distinctive album and a cult classic! Noted as one of the best albums of the 80's.

This is the FIRST pressing with the pink, beige and black Slash label, later pressings using the stock Slash labels.
This first pressing with these inner labels is RARE.
This is a duplicate from my personal collection, purchased in 83, shrink removed and shelved.
She has NEVER been played. Graded conservatively as VG+
There are some scuff marks, but she is super clean and minty-fresh.
Cover is near mint, as is the original inner sleeve.
Stored on mofi style archival inner and outer sleeves.
