I am offering for sale my copy of the Violent Femmes first self-titled LP, originally released in1983. I bought this new and it has been well cared for, stored in a plastic sleeve in climate-controlled conditions. When new, I played it several times, but it has been filed away in my collection and only played recently for the first time since the mid-1980s.  Note: I canceled the original listing because I had erroneously indicated this was a first pressing when, according to Discogs, it is an Allied Pressing repress from 1984.

Inspection revealed only very minor evidence of use--a couple fragments of finger print on the run-in are about all that is noticeable. I've just cleaned it and played some of it to confirm it is as clean (and clean sounding) as I thought. Some ring wear is exhibited on the back cover. Original printed inner sleeve with lyrics is included. This famous recording includes wuch notable Femmes compositions as Gone Daddy Gone and Blister in the Sun.

I've conservatively graded the complete package as Very Good +.
It will be well packaged and protected and shipped free (Media Mail) to US buyers only.
