For sale is one of the most sought after Virginia Astley "Hope In A Darkened Heart" 1986 Vinyl WEA WX78 First Pressing.
Hope in a Darkened Heart is a 1986 album by English singer Virginia Astley, produced, primarily, by Japanese musician and composer Ryuichi Sakamoto. The album is noted for featuring former Japan singer David Sylvian on the track "Some Small Hope" and for an alternate version of "A Summer Long Since Passed", which was originally included on Astley's From Gardens Where We Feel Secure album. An additional track, "Le Song (A Day, A Night)", along with lyrics and a biography is available on the Japanese issue.

This is one of the exciting Folk Album and is one for any serious vinyl collectors.
This particular item is well looked after. That said there will be the usual marks on the record sleeve. Also there will be some hairline marks with the record. Please understand this is not a new reissue but the original pressing so it is many years old.

There are more than 2000 records comprising Classical, Rock and Rock, Folk, Jazz and Pop music. They are mostly the first pressings or second pressing from the era, not the recent reissues which suffer from wrapping and bad sound quality.
