Vogue Picture Records are 78 rpm discs that were produced for less than a year, from May 1946 to April 1947. This is one of the rarer records - R739 by Paul Shahin - the third of the Rhumba Lesson series. Side 1, Lesson #1, is graded E; Side 2 Lesson #3, is also graded E. Wear appears to be superficial; the artwork is bright and clear throughout.
