Voivod - The Outer Limits vinyl LP. Super rare record and in near mint condition

Selling my absolutely lovely and very, very rare vinyl pressing of 'The Outer Limits' by Voivod.

Purchased brand new by me upon release and only ever played (very carefully and on top flight equipment) once in order to archive to tape, and the record was placed back into a polythene inner sleeve after playing, inside the inner sleeve, and the cover went straight into a PVC sleeve where it has remained ever since, in a non-smoking household.

I have included a number of super sized images of the actual LP for sale so that you can see exactly what is on offer, including a close up of the only significant imperfection to the cover, which is a partial (not complete) push through to the upper seam edge that has been there ever since I purchased it new; the shop only had one copy available and there was no way I was not going to have it, tiny imperfection or no. There is a very, very small amount of foxing to the matt white inner sleeve but only a tiny amount, and certainly not very noticeable - have a good look at the supersized images for yourself and see if you can spot it, it really is very small and only mentioned along with any other minor points for the sake of absolute honesty. The cover is super clean with a strong spine, which I have also tried to show in some close up pictures so that you can see that the spine text is perfectly clear and legible.

The vinyl itself remains in absolutely tip top condition, having been played, as I said previously, only once from new at the time it was purchased. I very much doubt you will find a better one, and I have taken a few shots of the vinyl reflected in natural light from the window so you can see how gloriously shiny and clean it is. Pressed in Holland, this Voivod LP was only ever available for a very short period of time and in incredibly limited numbers when it was first released back in 1993 by MCA, and when they do occasionally come up for sale, they are not normally in this sort of condition.

I will ensure that it is extremely securely packed for safe delivery to the lucky new owner. It will be packed in a dedicated 'Defenda' record mailer, sandwiched between additional card stiffeners and with the record (left protected in the polythene inner sleeve) removed from the cover and printed inner sleeve to prevent seam splits in transit. The Defenda mailer will be additionally wrapped to prevent dents or other damage ocurring en route to the buyer. The album will only be despatched by a fully tracked and insured shipping service to guarantee safe delivery, hence the slightly high cost as it has to go via Special Delivery due to value, and will only be sent to the registered delivery address provided by Paypal. You are also welcome to collect in person and pay in cash (no Paypal if collecting in person) if you are near enough to do so, saving yourself the postage cost, though please get in touch if you would like to do this as I will need to ammend the listing to enable you to purchase without immediate Paypal payment.

Please could all overseas buyers check the postage fee before buying and understand that any customs fees or other import duties are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. They are not charges levied by me but by the authorities of your country (if you are outside the EU: there is no additional import fee within the EU), and I am unable to under declare the value of the parcel because a full declaration is required in order to provide insurance in transit.
