All of my reel to reel tapes are my parents' personal collection that were either purchased new at the time or from a friend upon his return form Viet Nam but I have no way to test them now. Thanks for looking.

If an item arrives damaged: In order to receive a refund, buyer MUST notify us within 72 hours of receiving the package and SAVE ALL PACKING MATERIAL as well as the original shipping box. There will be no refund otherwise. We insure your package and without these things any claim we file will be denied. Please, you must do your part so we can issue a prompt refund.
Other returns: If we have made a mistake in the listing and the item is not as described, buyer must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the package to arrange a return. It must be shipped back to us within one week (date scanned at post office). Returns after this time will not be accepted.
