Description

Vintage Audiodisc Home Recording of WBZ Radio Aircheck 
This neat old record contains audio recorded from the radio in the 1940s and refers to "wartime."
It opens with an announcement for WBZ at Hotel (?) in Boston, and WBZA at Hotel Kimball Springfield.
Next is a live commercial for Ludens cough drops.
Announced is "Current station wartime in five seconds.  8:30 pm."
Next is a quick commercial for Raleigh (I think) Cigarettes
Music starts and announcer opens the show, but recording cuts off and there is a gap.
After gap, NBC sounder, then announcer says "9 p.m." and radio call letters, and it fades out.
Fades back in with announcer referring to a hotel, then says "This is WPAS, New York."  Or WBAS, I couldn't tell.
Side 2 is a song by Tommy Dorsey, probably recorded from the program on the other side.

Overall the audio has surface noise and hiss, but the recording is mostly intelligible, probably more with headphones.
