Widerrufsfolgen

Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs sind die beiderseits empfangenen Leistungen zurückzugewähren. Können Sie uns die empfangene Leistung ganz oder teilweise nicht oder nur in verschlechtertem Zustand zurückgewähren, müssen Sie uns insoweit ggf. Wertersatz leisten. Effects of revocation

In the case of an revocation both sides will have to return the received products and monies. If you are unable to return the product entirely or partly or if the product is returned damaged or in worsened condition, you will have to compensate for the loss of value. There will be no obligation to compensate if the degradation of the product during possession resulted exclusively from testing and examination that could normally be done on the premises of the business. In all other cases you can avoid compensation for reduced value, by refraining from using the products like an owner and by avoiding everything that could have a negative impact on their value. Products that could be shipped by package will have to be returned by mail. The shipment must always be insured against loss and damage. For returning products of a combined purchase order value which does not exceed 40 euro, you will have to bear the costs for the return shipment, provided that the supplied products correspond to your order. In other cases the return shipment can be made free of charge. Products that may not be shipped as package will be fetched at your place.

Exclusion

Your right to return products is excluded by Article 312 D (4) BGB for contracts
- on the supply of goods, which are made following special client specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or which are not suitable for return or are of perishable nature or where expiration date was exceeded,
- on the supply of audio or video records or of software, if the supplied data media were unsealed by the consumer,
- on the supply of newspapers, magazines and tabloids.
